Dectro International is happy to announce the opening of a new accredited service centre! Mister Robert Mitchell, who has been in the IT industry for over 25 years, and his team at ASG Information Technologies will provide technical support in the United States to Dectro’s east coast clients.
Dectro International has recently signed a distribution agreement with Xcite Technologies, an Ontario-based distributor of aesthetic devices and lasers to represent their industry-leading permanent hair removal brand in Ontario.
This year again Dectro attended the Esthétique Spa International in Toronto. With more than 7000 visitors and 500 booths for its 16th edition, this show is a major event in the beauty industry. Thank you to everyone who came to visit us and we hope to see you soon!
Dectro welcomes a group of 35 electrolysis graduates from Quebec! They started off with a tour of Dectro’s office and then spent the rest of the day with Clément Beaumont, Dectro International’s CEO, who had prepared a presentation for them. Dectro International’s team wishes each one of them a successful continuation!
Dectro International has been attending for numerous years the Cosmoprof convention which takes place in Bologna, Italy. The 49th edition was held from 18 to 21 March 2016.
In addition to hosting nearly 2500 exhibitors and over 207 000 visitors, Cosmoprof presents several workshops and conferences. As it is a major event with a solid reputation amongst the industry’s professionals, it is the perfect stage to discover and share the most innovative devices and products in the aesthetic field. Moreover, Dectro International impressed many visitors with the Opti-vizion, an innovative and hands-on optical vision system which was introduced at the convention.
Once again this year, Dectro International attended the Vancouver convention which took place last February 28th and 29th.

A new extended collaboration was signed for the marketing and specialized training on the Apilux photoepilation device with the Berkowits School – a 35 year professional school in permanent hair removal located in New York City. From August 23rd to 25th, Dectro held the second edition of the Modern Electrolysis Symposium at the Palace Royal hotel and the Dectro Headquarters in Quebec City. With a 50% attendance increase compared to 2011, the event has certainly been a success! This time again, participants had the chance to attend 8 conferences during two days about critical electrolysis subjects. On the third day, the participants were invited to come to the Academy Dectro and put into practice what they learned. Thanks to everyone for coming! For those who couldn’t attend, Dectro is planning to offer the possibility to purchase individual or all conferences in a streaming video format soon.
